Ognjen Glavonić was born in Pančeva in the former Yugoslavia. In all, his short films have been selected for more than 50 festivals. His medium-length documentary Zivan Makes a Punk Festival (2014) had its premiere at Cinéma du Réel, and went on to be selected for the International Film Festival Rotterdam, CPH:DOX, and IndieLisboa, among others. His first feature-length documentary, Depth Two (2016) premiered in the Forum section at the Berlin International Film Festival, and was named best film at the Festival dei Populi, Dokufest, Message to Man, the Open City Docs Fest, ZagrebDox, and Kassel Dokfest. The Load (2018) is his first feature-length narrative film.
