Presentation

After studying literature and obtaining a PhD in sociology, in 2008 Mohamed El Khatib co-founded the collective Zirlib on the simple postulate that esthetics is not deprived of political sense. Since 2011, El Khatib has been supported by the L’L, a place of research and guidance in Brussels. There, he has been developing research around the writing of the intimate and attempts to explore, to the point of exhaustion, different modes of anti-spectacular exposition. From 2014 to 2016, he was an associate artist at the Centre Dramatique National Orléans/Loiret/Centre.
